Containing ethanol alcohol Kleengel fights the spread of infections and kills up to 99.9% of germs. Kleengel is unscented and contains a hydrating formula meaning it is kind and gentle and does not dry the skin out. This formulation can be used in a hospital environment and does not require the use of water or towels as the gel dry with the air and is more effective than soapy water.
