Usage

Accel-Heal Solo is intended to be used under the direction and supervision of a qualified healthcare professional. Before use, please refer to the instructions for use within the pack.

Each Accel-Heal Solo treatment pack includes:

• 1 × Accel-Heal Solo device with removable clip
• 12 × Electrode pads
• 6 × Alcohol wipes
• 1 × Fastening strap
• 1 × Instructions for use

Product Description

Accel-Heal Solo is a single-use, automated, wearable device that delivers a clinically proven program of sub-sensory electrical stimulation over a continuous 12-day period.
It is designed to:

• Stimulate healing in chronic wounds
• Reduce inflammation
• Alleviate wound-related pain

The device operates silently and discreetly under clothing, requires no user programming, and is fully compatible with standard wound care treatments including dressings and compression bandages. Once applied and activated, it runs automatically for the full therapy duration.

Indications for Use

Accel-Heal Solo is intended for patients with wounds that are not healing as expected, or where pain is limiting mobility or adherence to wound care therapies such as compression therapy and debridement.

Suitable for:

• Chronic wounds:
• Venous and mixed leg ulcers
• Diabetic foot ulcers
• Pressure ulcers
• Arterial insufficiency ulcers
• Non-healing and/or painful surgical site wounds

Contraindications

Do not use Accel-Heal Solo in the following situations

• Do not apply Accel-Heal Solo to the chest in patients with cardiac arrythmias or cardiac failure or where electrical stimulation may cause malfunction of implanted cardiac pacemakers, or shocks from implanted cardiac defibrillators.
• Suspected or untreated malignancy in or near the wound (except for palliative care)
• Active un-treated deep vein thrombosis
• Pregnancy
• Seizure disorders when used near the head or neck

Warnings & Precautions

• Electrodes must be placed on intact skin surrounding the wound, not on the wound bed
• Do not immerse the device or expose it to excessive moisture
• Discontinue use if irritation, discomfort, or unexpected symptoms occur

Accel-Heal Solo is designed for ease of use and may be applied by a healthcare professional or, where appropriate, by the patient themselves following training and consultation. It is especially suitable for use in community and home settings.

Operating Conditions and disposal

• Operating temperature: Use only in environments between 10°C and 40°C
