Cosmopor Sterile Wound Dressings 

Self-adhesive wound dressing made of soft carrier fleece and central wound cushion; the wound contact layer made from a fine-meshed polyethylene mesh prevents sticking to the wound; rapid secretion dissipation thanks to drainage effect of the micro net; good absorption and cushioning effect; skin-friendly thanks to hypoallergenic polyacrylate adhesive. For post-operative wound care, but also for the sterile care of bagatell injuries, e.g. as part of first aid, in patients with particularly sensitive skin.
