Trachi-Dress absorbs mucus from around a tracheostomy tube. The mucus is absorbed away from the skin which helps prevent excoriation and the risk of infection.
Features:
- Low profile so the tracheostomy tube aren't raised from the neck
- Soft rounded edges
- Keyhole cut for easy fitting
- No loose fibrer which would be inhaled
Conposition:
- Layer 1 Non-adherent contact layer which helps keep skin dry
- Layer 2 Viscose absorbent layer ensures maximum absorbency
- Layer 3 Viscose/polyethylene seal retains mucus within the dressing
