PolyMem Tube 5333 is a pre-cut, non-adhesive polymeric membrane dressing designed specifically for skin and wound care around tube and device sites. The 7cm x 7cm format has a central opening and slit to simplify placement around tubes while helping manage moisture and exudate without requiring the dressing to be cut on application.

The pre-cut shape is intended for use around appropriate tube sites such as gastrostomy and PEG tubes, suprapubic catheters, tracheostomy or laryngectomy sites and other external tube or drain sites where a clinician has recommended a polymeric membrane dressing.

How to Use

Clean the site in accordance with the wound-care plan provided by your healthcare professional. Position the pre-cut opening around the tube or device and place the dressing so the membrane is in contact with the intended skin or wound area. Secure it with an appropriate fixation method if required. Change the dressing according to exudate level, local protocol and clinical advice.
