ActivHeal Alginate is a calcium-sodium alginate dressing designed for moderately to heavily exuding wounds. On contact with wound fluid, the fibres form a cohesive gel that supports a moist wound environment while conforming to irregular wound shapes. The dressing is suitable for a wide range of chronic and acute wounds and provides natural haemostatic properties that can help manage minor bleeding.
