Directions for Use

Check that the applicator's tamper-evident tab is intact. Hold the narrow end upwards, twist off and discard the tab. Gently insert the narrow end into the vagina and squeeze the bulb end two or three times. Remove while continuing to squeeze, then discard the applicator. It may be applied up to 15 minutes before intercourse. Read and follow the enclosed instructions.
