Directions for Use

Brush twice daily and no more than three times a day. Minimise swallowing and spit out. For fast relief, brush sensitive areas first, or rub a pea-sized amount onto each sensitive area using a clean fingertip for one minute before brushing (maximum twice a day). Close the cap after use.
