Warnings

• Stamiz tablets are not suitable for anyone under 18 years old.
•  This medication should not be taken by those who were assigned female at birth.
•  Do not take Stamiz if you are allergic to tadalafil or any of the other listed ingredients in this medication. You should not take Stamiz if you: 

• • Have a serious heart disease or have had a heart attack within the last 90 days
  • Have had a stoke within the last 6 months
  • Have low blood pressure or uncontrolled high blood pressure
  • Have ever had a loss of vision caused by a “stroke of the eye” (non-arteritic anterior ischemic optic neuropathy or NAION)

Speak to your doctor or pharmacist before taking this medication if you:

• Have heart disease
• Have prostate problems, including prostate cancer
• Have sickle cell anaemia
• Have multiple myeloma
• Have leukaemia
• Have any deformation of the penis
• Have a serious liver or kidney problem
• Have had pelvic surgery
• Have had all or part of your prostate gland removed

Other medication

If you’re taking any other medication, including herbal remedies or medications obtained without a prescription, you should tell your prescriber about this during your first consultation. 

You should not take Stamiz if you are already taking:

• Nitrates, which are used to treat chest pain or angina
• Riociguat, which is used to treat high blood pressure in your lungs

Make sure to tell your prescriber during your consultation if you are taking:

• Alpha-blockers, which are used to treat high blood pressure or urinary problems associated with benign prostatic hyperplasia
• Medicines used to treat high blood pressure
• A 5-alpha reductase inhibitor, which is used to treat benign prostatic hyperplasia
• Ketoconazole, which is used to treat fungal infections
• Protease inhibitors, which are used to treat HIV and AIDS
• Pheno barbital, pheny toin, and carbamaz epine, which are anticonvulsants
• Rifamp icin, erythro mycin, clarithro mycin, or itraco nazole
• Any other erectile dysfunction treatments
